Mixed martial arts (MMA) allows for a combination of training both stand-up techniques like punches and kicks, as well as grappling and self-defence style techniques. We believe that a good well-rounded martial artist generally should have a strong foundation in both. Our MMA students train in Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as Muay Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Boxing and Kickboxing.


A mixed martial arts class is a great workout. Our curriculum is specifically designed to not only teach technique, but also get the students into great shape. With sport specific exercises you'll work your cardio and build up some great resistance. You'll see your strength and flexibility increase quickly.
